Electronic Payment (ePayment) Now Available in Indonesia

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your continued support and choosing Ocean Network Express (“ONE”) to cater to your needs.


We are pleased to announce that an electronic payment option, powered by DOKU, is now available for all of your bookings with ONE starting September 27th, 2021.

With ePayment, we aim to provide an easy, paperless digital billing solution to provide more flexibility and options for our customers -- it's a fast and reliable way to make your freight and surcharge payments online anytime, anywhere.

To make payment, you can follow the 5 simple steps:

  1. Go to our ePayment portal.
  2. Click ‘REGISTER PAYMENT’ to register your B/L (or invoice) and the amount to be paid. Your registered payment number will be prompted and emailed to you.
  3. Click ‘PROCEED PAYMENT’ and enter your registered payment number and confirm it.
  4. The system will navigate to the Payment Gateway and you can make the remittance accordingly.
  5. Get an Official Receipt of payment instantly.

The ePayment portal is available via ONE Indoensia’s website under the “ePayment” tab.
