Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) – Implementation of Cargo Tracking Notes (CTN)
We would like to inform you of the implementation of Cargo Tracking Notes (CTN) for shipments destined to Ghana, effective from 1 July 2018. It is the responsibility of the shipper/forwarder at the port of origin to obtain a pre-validated CTN via the CTN online platform and provide the CTN number with the Shipping Instructions. The CTN Number must then be indicated on the Bill of Lading, Manifest and all shipping documents.

Adjustment to China Customs Advanced Manifest (CCAM) Regulations
General Administration of Customs China (GACC) has released Order No.56 [2017] to adjust the Advanced Manifest rule (GACC advisory in Chinese) to ensure smooth customs clearance and effectively strengthen customs’ implementation of safe entry and risk prevention for import and export goods into/from China.
