EC5: MOL Charisma 217E as of 15th December

This is to inform you that MV MOL Charisma experienced engine issues, while en route from
Singapore to Laem Chabang for the vessel’s intended phase into East Coast 5 (EC5) Service.

The vessel is expected to return to Singapore for further inspection and necessary repairs.
We are currently waiting for the vessel owner's assessment of the vessel condition and will
advise further regarding her schedule and cargo arrangements once more information is
available.

AL5: MOL Emissary 044W as of 14th December

This is to inform you that MV MOL Emissary, serving in our Trans-Atlantic 5 (AL5) Service,
experienced rudder issues while awaiting to berth at Los Angeles. The vessel is currently assisted by
the tugboat to move into inner anchorage in Los Angeles for further inspection before her berthing.
All reefer units onboard are working and are being monitored regularly.

Dear Valued ONE Customers,
As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long
Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today a further
postponement of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee”. After meetings today with U.S. Port Envoy John
Porcari, ocean liner companies and marine terminal operators, the two ports said the fee will not be
considered prior to December 6th, 2021.

Temporary Suspension of South China Feeder Service

Due to the COVID-19 quarantine requirements for the crews of the coastal feeders
running between South China and Hong Kong waters, feeder operators announced
their services will be suspended for a minimum of 6 weeks prior to Lunar New Year
2022, which is Feb. 1 -5, 2022. In consideration of this situation, ONE will temporarily
suspend the acceptance of the cargo bound for the ports in the South China area that
require usage of the domestic feeders to reach the final destination. Any cargo to
South China that can be serviced by an ocean vessel is not affected.

Ports of Los Angeles & Long Beach Container Excess Dwell Fee - UPDATE

Dear Valued ONE Customers,
As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisory regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
Following meetings today with U.S. Port Envoy John Porcari and industry stakeholders, further
postponement was announced regarding the “Container Excess Dwell Fee.” With continued progress
moving containers off marine terminals, the fee will not be considered before November 29th, 2021.

informed they will delay the assessment of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee” until November 22nd, 2021.

Ports of Los Angeles & Long Beach Emergency Surcharge

As a follow up to our Customer Advisory issued on October 29th, 2021. The Ports of Los Angeles
and Long Beach under the direction of the Biden-Harris Supply Chain Disruptions Task Force have
implemented a “Container Excess Dwell Fee”. This surcharge went into effect November 1st, 2021
and excess dwell penalties will begin November 15th, 2021.
