NOTICE OF NEW EXCHANGE RATE POLICY

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for your continued trust and cooperation with Ocean Network Express.

Effective 1 September 2025, PT Ocean Network Express Indonesia will revise the exchange rate scheme for invoice issuance as follows:
Before (current practice): Exchange rate based on Bank Indonesia (BI) middle rate on Vessel ETA date.

After (new scheme): Exchange rate will be the average BI middle rate of the
preceding month, calculated from 1st–27th (1st–25th for February). If the last day falls on a holiday/weekend, the previous working day will be used. 
Customers with contract-based exchange rate mechanisms will continue under their agreed terms without change.
