STAMP DUTY charge

Based on Indonesia Law No. 10 Year 2020, documents (i.e invoice) which stating the amount
of money with nominal value equal to or more than IDR 5 million will be subject to stamp duty
of: IDR 10,000.

In order to comply with Indonesia law, ONEID has announced to all customers that stamp
duty will apply for all invoices issued by ONE effectively on May 11, 2023.

Applied Condition:
For any invoice which amount is IDR 5,000,000 or higher.

Quantum:
IDR 10,000 per Invoice

Effective Date:
May 11, 2023 (Invoice creation date)
